CrossFit

CrossFit is “constantly varied, high intensity functional movement”. But what does that mean? It means that following the CrossFit methodology will make you better adapted to life. Period. In every workout, you will perform natural body movements, at varying durations and intensity, with constantly improving skill.
The workouts are designed to make you stronger, faster, and leaner. That’s it. There’s no magic solution. No fad fab 6-week transformation. Just a lifestyle of hard work, improvement, and a heck of a lot of fun with a bunch of incredibly supportive people. With them, you will work hard, sweat, and challenge yourself every day.

Our coaches are dedicated to you and your goals and will give you personal guidance, support, and the best of their coaching skill at every workout. Because of this, the CrossFit community is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Once you try it, you’ll never want to go back to the globo gym or bootcamp again.

 Everybody was at some point. We’ll make sure you’re ready through our On Ramp and Foundations Program.

Yoga

Mobility, flexibility, and balance are incredibly important components of health and fitness.  Our 8 week Yoga Program covers the fundamentals of yoga practice including foundational postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices.  We cover key movements of the body including standing postures and balances, forward folds, back bends, hip opening and twists. These will build strength, flexibility and a deeper connection between the mind and body.  You don’t have to be flexible to start yoga! You’ll learn the health and wellbeing benefits of a regular yoga practice and just happen to get more flexible in the process! This is for anyone who wants to build a regular yoga practice, hasn’t practised for a while and is ready to get back to it or wants to revisit fundamentals to enhance their current practice. The movements will be scalable for different levels!

By the end of the eight weeks, you will:

  • Have yoga knowledge and confidence in your own yoga practice;
  • Know how to incorporate these movements into everyday practice;
  • Build strength and flexibility; and
  • Have explored different yoga practices such as hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga & restorative yoga.

Personalized One on One Coaching

Our coaches have one purpose.  That is to empower, support, and guide you to achieve your goals.  You will have one on one attention in every class.  But the best way to get results is personalised one on one coaching.  Our coaches will give you their undivided attention and access to unique programming to help you achieve your goals whether it’s a weight lift, increased work capacity, or your first pullup.  Your personal coach will help you set and achieve goals and keep you accountable to them.

We recommend taking advantage of at least one session of one on one coaching each week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

 

Nutrition

Ramp up your results in the gym, feel and look better by overhauling your habits outside the gym (in the kitchen and at the grocery store)

Why do I want Nutrition coaching?

Ever heard the saying, “You can’t out-train a bad diet”? Many people will exercise to “allow” them to eat a bunch of junk. Well, there’s a lot of truth to that other saying, “Abs are made in the Kitchen”. For most people, the key to building a lean body is awareness of what they put in their bodies. Taking time to adjust your eating habits will help you look better. It will make you feel better too.
Our nutrition program will educate you and help you understand the power of good nutrition, how to overhaul your lifestyle, increase performance, give you more energy, increase your general feeling of wellbeing, and get you results much faster than exercise alone.

What you’ll get:

Your coach will be on-hand to keep you accountable and progressing towards your goals.

Customized nutrition plan
A flexible eating plan to fit your lifestyle and schedule.

Measured Feedback
Your coach will meet with you at regular intervals to measure your progress, so you know if you’re on the right track to reaching your goals.

Results 
If you stay disciplined and follow your plan, expect results in as little as six weeks (in the mirror and within yourself). How awesome is that?
