Freesol In-house Competition – 21st October

Date: Saturday, October 21st

Time: 10am to 3pm

Entry: £20

This is a chance for everyone to come together and enjoy a friendly competition! When you sign up we will split everyone competing Into our scaled or RX category.

Within that category you will be randomly assigned a team mate for each of the 4 events!

Points will be awarded per placing and you will take your individual points with you throughout the day where small prizes will be awarded at the end! 😁

The events are truly written for everyone to take part. Fitness, determination and team work will be tested whilst I have removed some high skill movements that can often leave people scaling workouts in frustration!

Everyone competing needs to sign up by Wednesday 11th October to allow us time to plan the exact details of the day 👍

Please bring family to come and watch, drinks for afterwards and depending on numbers competing we will look to arrange some food to come down to Freesol 😎
