Exciting Announcement: Coach Kieron Rudd will be joining the Leadership Team full time

We have a very exciting announcement to make.

In September, Coach Kieron Rudd will be joining the Leadership Team full time as Assistant General Manager and Head Coach of CrossFit Freesol.

We can’t tell you how excited we are. This is a big next step in the growth and development of our box and community. For over a year now Cara and I have been the sole decision makers and the driving force behind the box and the Tribe. Bringing on our amazing coaches has given us some breathing space and their ideas, energy, and enthusiasm have made and continue to make an incredibly positive impact to our ability to operate the box.

Bringing Kieron into the leadership team is the next step. His formal education in strength and conditioning, work experience in the pressure cooker of the police operations centre, and passion for helping people become healthier make him the perfect fit to stand next to us, challenge our ideas, implement new ideas, and ultimately, help us to take CrossFit Freesol forward for all of you.
