Congratulations – Nikki and Lottie’s British Teens and Masters Championship 2022 Success

Congratulations to Team CrossFit Freesol members Nikki and Lottie Absolom. 

The Mother and Daughter duo qualified in July to participate in the British Teens and Masters Championship Finals 2022.  The finals were held last weekend (10 & 11 September) at CrossFit Southampton, a two-day event comprising of 5 workouts each.

Mum, Nikki, came an amazing first in the 45-49 group category, winning 4 out of the 5 events.

Daughter, Lottie, equally did an amazing job coming joint second on points in the 16-17 girls category.  Lottie had 3 second and 2 fourth places, ranking a fourth overall.  An incredible result considering two of the girls ranked above were a year above Lottie!
