Congratulations everyone for Hero WOD Murph 2022
On Sunday, CrossFit Freesol hosted the Hero WOD Murph. With over 30 members taking part it was not only a very challenging workout, not only to remember Michael Murphy, but to remember all who have given their lives for their country.
A free Yin Yoga class was then available to everyone that took part. Carmen, our Yoga Teacher, took members through a Yin Yoga class to help assist with their recovery following one of CrossFit’s most gruelling WODs.
